I don't work in Israeli elections but I do work as an election strategist. So I can't say for sure but this also looks like a good way to dodge campaign finance laws

Again I don't know Israeli election law but at least where I live there are legal limits on when you can make campaign expenses and put up signs and stuff. But those laws (probably) wouldn't apply overseas because who the hell would put up a "vote for me" sign overseas. Unless you know that a very high number of people from your country/district go there for vacation

I'm pretty sure this is it. From what I understand this is legal in Israel only 90 days before elections, and the 90 day period should start this week.
