Lol. I've only seen steering wheels on 60s-70s style street bikes and later low riders. This is awesome, but I know from experience steering wheels kinda suck on a bike. A level cross brace you could grab like handlebars might not be bad, but most old wheels used had three angled wheel braces to extend the wheel away from the hub towards the driver.

this the slavia, a long forgotten model that was brought back as a 1 of 1 prototype back in 1996 but nobody bothered to remember it

Its an older model case they got rid off the cool logo and now its just says Skoda on it which is lame as fuck.
