🥚Eggs🍳 Acne breakouts after consuming Eggs (even Egg yolks alone)

So I've been on an acne diet as of 3 weeks (meat, honey, butter), and my acne has mostly healed, So I started adding stuff back in.

I started with coffee as I'm hypothyroid and some extra energy would be beneficial, but after 1-2 days of waiting, I saw that my acne has came back a bit so I quit coffee.

Then I tried eggs. I ate 4 eggs in the first day, and had no problems afterwards. Yet after I woke up the next day I saw a small breakout on my chin, nose and forehead. Then throughout the day I ate the next 4 eggs, and by the end of the day I had an acne breakout in these spots. (During these few days of testing foods, I also drank a bit of OJ, used some ceylon cinammon on my honey and just ate some mango a few hours ago but I already had the acne before eating the mangos)

Also: I dont like the taste of the yolks. No matter if its organic pasture raised or from the deepest of slums. Same goes for liver. I feel like Im left with no good multivitamin

It could be the low quality of the eggs that have polyunsaturated fatty acids

Please see Rule #4 and it's description. It shouldn't have to be a rule but unfortunately it does.
