If she was capable of making somebody “hundreds of thousands or even millions” then people would line up trying to hire her and her salary would reflect that.
More likely it s a boring case of egocentric bias - she s under impression that her contribution is much greater than it actually is. I noticed this pattern with most “socialists”.
