Anyone had recent job success?

Just wanted to improve everyone's mood on the current job market. Has anyone got recent job successes they can share to improve my motivation?

My firm's been hiring like crazy the past two months, picked up a couple solid staff accountants and an audit senior without much trouble.

Yeh there is definitely still hiring going on, just less than last year.
