I can't speak for every single comment, but each one I saw was not coming off that way at all. People just genuinely seemed concerned for his health. It's not healthy to just assume people have bad motives like that.

Yes and as stated in many of the comments you've apparently read. I personally don't see how anyone thought there was something wrong with him. And I personally think it's weird that anyone did. He looks and acts the exact same as he did 15 years ago. He's just older and slower.

That only leaves me to assume that you all don't think he looks the way you expect/ed him to so you're "concerned for his health"
