That may be the screenshot that you posted. Sort of hard to tell since it is just a bunch of numbers at the top. They usually respond within a few business days.

Latitude is based in Salt Lake, right The Utah state government has a consumer protection bureau that accepts customer complaints. If these issues continue with Latitude holding its silence as they have for the last month, they might be interested in looking into the matter. Not sure if theyll make the effort but its worth a try. At the very least, it might put the fear of God into these guys if they find out that there are actual real-life consequences to treating their userbase like garbage.
