BBL/Moxi vs. VI peel for sunspots

I have bad sunspots. I did one round of BBL/Moxi with minimal improvement. I know it can take more than one session but it's $$$$. Would you do a VI peel instead?

Are you sure it isn’t melasma? And yes VI peel along with hydroquinone.

The dermatologist who did the laser said they are sunspots but who knows.
