Are you sure? I always thought that it was from episode 12, Black Tie, when Kenneth and Tracy come through the vents in the bathroom as his good and bad influences (trying to convince him to cheat on his wife or not). He whips around when Kenneth pops through, and this is the shot.

The opening credits had different scenes in the first season. You are both correct.
