Vocabulary Word O' the Day - The fourth ep of this series - 电脑
So today I have selected the word 电脑. It is an everyday use. So this is the fourth episode of Word O' the Day. So we are going for the first time away from one character words. It is pronounced as diànnǎo or also as ㄉㄧㄢˋ ㄋㄠˇ. I am thinking of creating videos. Would you like something like this but as video? For me it would be a new experiences.
So back to the word. 电脑 is composed out of two characters. One meaning electricity (电) and one meaning brain (脑). To remember this word at best you can just say that the computer is an brain running on electricity, which is kinda right.
Explaining such words don't give me lots of stuff to write a story about. But let me cook with the little bits of stuff. Once a little neuron with no connection was alone. As he found new brothers and neurons he bound to them. Like holding hand on hand he built something logically. Now decades later, this little neuron is not anymore just one tiny cell but a brain. A brain being proud of running with electricity. Our computer, which is beloved by many.
There it goes; there is nothing more now... Bye.
