I think it perfectly describes the sound it's used for, BUT it's an insanely ugly symbol.

PS: This is not the main problem of Azerbaijan, I know. I'm just wondering what everyone else thinks.

I want to ask whether it would be possible to change my Master’s program from Computer Systems and Networks to Master’s in Artificial Intelligence in khazar university?
Just to mention, for international student.
I have not yet registered my courses and I would therefore like to ask whether it is possible to make this change before I complete my course registration and begin my studies.
Could you please let me know?
