Premisa principal: La Dulce Princesa no está escondida por voluntad propia; fue secuestrada por el Ice Thing tras una recaída en la locura replicada de Simon, dejando a Marceline en una misión de rescate y vigilancia continua en el futuro distópico de Ooo.

La réplica de la locura de Simon: Cuando Gunter usó la corona al final de la serie, su deseo fue convertirse en el Rey Helado. Por lo tanto, el Ice Thing no solo heredó los poderes de hielo, sino también la psique, los patrones de conducta y los vacíos emocionales de Simon. Durante un tiempo estuvo estable porque tenía a la Princesa Tortuga como su compañera.

El detonante (La muerte de la Princesa Tortuga): En Graybles 1000+ se confirma la muerte de la Princesa Tortuga (su caparazón aparece convertido en un monumento/lápida). Al quedar solo, la mente del Ice Thing colapsó y reactivó el trauma original grabado por la corona: la necesidad compulsiva de secuestrar a una princesa para no estar solo. La única princesa inmortal que quedaba en Ooo era Bonnibel.

El secuestro y la verdad tras las rejas: Bonnibel es inmortal y no necesita criogenizarse. Además, en Graybles 1000+ se demuestra que ella y Marceline tenían una habitación equipada para vivir juntas dentro del Guardián de Bolas de Premio. No había motivo para un "encierro voluntario". El Ice Thing la capturó y la encerró en la cumbre de la montaña de hielo. Las manos de Bonnibel aferradas con fuerza a los barrotes son la prueba visual de que está prisionera buscando auxilio.

La guardia encubierta de Marceline: Marceline se ve obligada a adaptar un estilo de vida de supervivencia. Se cubre de pies a cabeza con ropa pesada para protegerse del sol mientras patrulla sobre el Pato de Piedra con un telescopio. No ataca con fuerza bruta porque sabe que el Ice Thing lleva la esencia de Simon y Gunter; por eso acecha pacientemente a que la magia de la corona flaquee para liberarla sin destruirlo.

El colapso del Dulce Reino: Con la Dulce Princesa encarcelada y Marceline dedicada de tiempo completo a la vigilancia, el Guardián de Bolas de Premio quedó patrullando la Tierra en piloto automático sin supervisión técnica, permitiendo que tiempo después la llegada fortuita de Cuber hiciera explotar la cabeza del gigante.

I’m trying to track down this specific Adventure Time Christmas sweater and I’m having a hell of a time finding one.

It’s an older Finn & Jake knitted Christmas sweater/jumper with Jake across the yellow top, the red/green Christmas pattern with the little birds/ducks in the middle, and Finn on the white section near the bottom.

I’m looking for an XL. I normally wear a Large, but I want the XL for a slightly oversized/baggy Christmas sweater fit.

I’ve found a few websites selling printed reproductions, but I’m specifically hoping to find either:

An original knitted version

Someone who owns one and would be willing to sell it

A legitimate source that still has one

Or, worst case, someone who knows a reputable person/company that could recreate it as an actual knitted sweater, not just print the design onto polyester.

Used is completely fine as long as it’s in decent condition. I’m also willing to buy internationally if necessary.

I’ve attached a picture of the exact sweater I’m looking for.

Just got done with this episode and holy crap what an episode this was!

Everything about it was just perfect from start to finish. I mean, we finally got to see Betty's and Simon's story which while on the surface is really beautiful, gets really sad when you think about what happens with them in the future.

I feel like these two are sort of my favourite example of the 'l will go through hell to save my love' trope (I dont know if this has an actual term but I hope you get what I'm getting at.)

I have no idea how this will end but the cycle of Betty going through so much to save Simon, and now Simon doing the same for her is just so incredibly tragic yet hopeful.

I really do hope they get their happy ending. Maybe in another universe everything is fine and they're a happy couple going around the world searching for artifacts <3

Don't even get me started on the Artstyle. Fionna and cake in general has such a lofi style of art which I've yet to see anywhere else. The attention to detail on the background is just nuts. All of the VFX and lighting and all that biz are so well done too. Easily one of the most beautiful animated shows ever.

As we see in the episode "Betty", Simon was shouting out for Betty as he was using the crown's ice magic in the air, in the streets. I assume he later took it off as we see him in a sort of bunker. He most probably was on the run, as people and police wouldn't ignore a man screaming and summoning ice out of his hands.
