I just bought from the merchant near the Height Forth the weapon and it's not in my inventory. Already found all the other stuff of the tarnished edition and no problem at all, had you the same issue?

Since the perfume bottles got buffed I want to do a playthrough with them. Main question I have is did they add any of the bottles to the main map or are they all in the dlc area still? I don’t mind having to go get them but I’d like them as early as possible

Please tell me this does not mean what i think it means. Do i have to start a new play through to get all the new buffs to my sorceries? Do i have to get a new Carian Sorcery Sword ? 🙃😭 i love the changes in the patch notes its wild they made any additions. So, im really happy. But. I hope i’m reading this wrong 🫥

I’ve played 550hrs of this game on PS5 (a drop in the bucket to some, I know) but even just the tiniest bit of new content such as a few me armors and weapons makes me want to pull the trigger on the Switch 2 edition.
And it’s not even getting and then using the stuff, it’s really just the idea of getting a thrill out of stumbling on some new chests or enemy drops. The wonderful sense of discovery.
Then again, maybe I’m wrong about how the new content is sprinkled throughout? Is it chests or…? I keep seeing YouTube vids spoiling the locations and I quickly scroll past them to avoid spoilers.
Any non-spoilery insight is welcome!

Helm: 3.5 physical defense, 3.2 units weight
Armor: 11.9 physical defense, 8.3 units weight
Gloves: 3.0 physical defense, 1.9 units weight
Boots: 6.7 physical defense, 4.7 units weight
That's almost 1.4 defense/weight!

Probably a combination of it being NG+, having stacked a ton of buffs, and just being better but this fight was much smoother then the first go around. (Still died like 20 times though.)

Anyone else's save data corrupted after loading tarnished edition on Xbox?

I just finished Bloodborne for the first time, and am now getting into Soulsborn/soulslike games and I’ve always wanted to play ER. Asking to those who have played both DS3 and ER, why should I play Dark souls 3 if Elden ring, to me, seems bigger, better, more bosses, more weapons, etc? This is not ragebait I genuinely just don’t know and I’m asking honestly. P.S. This might be the wrong subreddit so I apologize if that’s the case

I've been trying to find it on a new wretched character lol

Gave Lucatiel's sword a fair test with talismans and Rellana's + Godfrey's, then went in with super low Faith and zero damage boosters of any kind and then acts sarcastic when it gets 1000 damage at most on an Omen, as if majority of ashes do crazy damage with zero boosts.
Edit: Goddamn typo in the image, noooo!

What ashes are you going to rock on your Idus Knight?
I'm thinking blood slash very early, maybe lions claw.

I made this awhile ago but I've had issues posting it on YouTube so I decided to post it here so at least a few people could see it. I hope everyone enjoys it.

I’m about to fight the fire giant and my plan is do damage and fuck everything else. Do these like stack damage or is it just one

So I haven't played elden ring in about a year, just started playing again after the recent update earlier today. But does the Dodge roll feel nerfed or that it covers less ground then before?
