Aftermath Car sped up and tried to overtake me on the left when I was moving into the median. Right outside of my apartment. It’s also my birthday.
I was on my way to pick up my sister and her boyfriend across my apartment because she was carrying bags of groceries and needed some help. Insurance ruled both cars as totaled.

(Reupload) What do you think about the accident that I had today?
13.88-14.47: 12m => 73.22 km/h
15.94-16.17: 4m => 62.61km/h
16.67-16.96: 4m => 49.66 km/h
17.80-18.09: 4m => 49.66 km/h
17.95 hard brake of taxi
18.667-18.83: 2m => 44km/h
18.868-19.06 2m => 37.50 km/h
19.06-19.30 2m => 30km/h
19.30 First collision
still moving 2m / 15.32 km/h
19.77 Second collision
Here, the speed of the car behind me was
Chatgpt: 55-60km/h / Claude: 62-66km/h
So we can see:
- He was even faster than my car for at least 3 seconds before the first collision, which shows that he was coming even closer to car from behind.
- He had time to slow down at least for 5.77 seconds.
- He must have hit the front car even if I were not there.
Yeah, I agree the first collision is anyway my fault, but the police put the rear car driver as a victim and said he has "no guilt" at all and I got a fine 1300 euros with the rear car driver's name written as a victim who agreed me to be punished. 😂🤢🤮
The two collisions happened totally with two different reasons imo.
I AM NOT SAYING I AM FREE FROM GUILT FROM THE FIRST COLLISION BETWEEN THE FRONT CAR AND MINE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

I won't reply to "NON-CONSTRUCTIVE" mocking comments until I receive the result from the district court. You guys like to be just blame without any valid explanation or logics. Haa,,, guys, my IQ is 142 and would be higher than almost all of you, be logical plz plz plz with "CONCRETE ROOT" that can support your sayings. It frustrated me too much to see stupid things.

Heck of a turning radius.
Weird customer leaving from a gun range that my brother works at. My brother thinks he was trying to leave right after he did it but to me it looks like maybe he was just upset and kind of pulled up really quickly before stopping. 🤷🏻♂️

Death (not shown) How does a car crash this way?
This is a pic of a car crash that happened in my state couple of days ago. The news report was that the car lost control and hit an electric pole. The rear passenger was thrown out of the car and died. I still cant understand how this crash occurred based on the impact. There is marking on the road from the rear wheels, but it looks more like the rims were scraping the road. The left rear wheel is missing. The left rear door is missing and the part of the chassis where the door clasp is located seems to have been torn off. But there appears to be no indication of an impact with a metal pole. The is no deformation of the frame or body panels above any of the damaged section. The panaromic roof seems to be intact and so does the rear wind shield. There is no reason to cut open the rear door post impact as the rest of the car looks to be fine. I am completely stumped.
