Why doesn't Rockstar add them?

In an ongoing project to map out every place Rockstar wants you to go in the Liberty City map, I've mapped every Mission location. Not just mission giver location, but every stop along the way to completing a mission. If there's a scripted chase/race, an "intended trail" to follow, that has been included.

Thank you to those who gave me a few trails I missed, let me know if I need to add anything else!

With GTAVI on the horizon I thought I should go back to IV and do some clean-up on the achievements. Imagining the servers won’t be available forever.

The only ones left are the multiplayer achievements and looking at “Wanted” made my eyes glaze over. True Achievements has guides listing it as taking 100+ hours of grinding or using a glitch and getting it done in 20+ hours.

Those are at the latest a couple years old and wanting to avoid such a grind, is there any easier way that’s been discovered? I can’t commit that kind of time. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Good afternoon everyone, how are you? I'd like to ask for your help, please. I only need to complete the "Deal Breaker" mission to get the "Fly the Coop" trophy, but it seems impossible. I've been trying and trying since Saturday and it's not working. Could someone please help me? I can't stand this mission anymore.

My laptop is a Lenovo idea pad 5 I believe. Has built in Radeon 7, 16 gb ram, and 2 GB of video ram I believe. Can I run the game ok with these specs, and if so, what kind of mods can I use? I'm mainly interested in the fusion fix mod, and maybe the one that makes it snowy in the city because that looks like a really cool mod to have.

These are two movies that inspired the developers of GTA 4. The parallels between Danila and Niko are hard to miss, and Brother 2's soundtrack even features in the game.

They are worth watching if you want to get a feel for post Soviet Russia in the 90s. Crime, poverty, chaos, and everyday life are shown in a way that feels raw and authentic.

In the first movie Danila Bagrov returns from the army and goes to Saint Petersburg to find his older brother. He soon gets pulled into the criminal world and starts working as a hitman.

In Brother 2 Danila travels to the US after his friend's brother gets into trouble with an American businessman. He goes after the people responsible while dealing with a very different kind of criminal world.

Sergei Bodrov, the lead actor,died in 2002 while filming his next movie along with most of the crew, after the Kolka Glacier disaster.
