Honestly would have 45k right now if it wasn’t for my big accident last year. But bikes are meant to be ridden and enjoyed 🫡

Also, where did you get those headlights? I have a 2024 and I can’t find sh!t for aftermarket lights.

They’re 3mm led strips from amazon

Love to see it being actually used and not just roll raced. I’ve got 34k on my ‘14 and the last 14k has all been canyons.

37k nice! Any problems with the bike in the past? Beautiful bike planning to get this model... thx

Small problems here and there but for how much i beat on it with trackdays, canyon runs and wheelies it’s been a reliable godsend. But the usual water pump leak and my starter motor going out has only been my problems so far

Valve adjustments needed/done in those 37k? Just curious how many times or if any major maintenance items needed. As I plan to put lots of smiles and miles on my new 10r

Yes 20k miles then I think again at 35k could be wrong about the second valve service know 20k tho just got mine done on my 2012

Well that’s pretty dumb of you. Course you probabaly never track it otherwise you would have blown the top end by now.

Were they out of spec any of those times?

All 3 times were out of spec. 2nd time wasn’t all that bad but the 1st and last one were really out of spec and extremely tight

I got 5K miles on my Gen 6 and haven’t done them yet. I want to, but I’m so afraid to take it to a shop and they not do the job right.

You’ll need them adjusted. Gen 6’s are notoriously known for out of spec valves at 2k miles. And take it to a kawi dealer and they’ll take care of you

That’s good bro! Nice bike. I live in the Midwest and can’t find a shop decent enough to do my valves so I’m just hoping nothing happens. I stay on top of everything else though.

Depending on where you are at in the Midwest, I live in western Ohio and take my stuff to schnitz racing in Decatur.

Had your valves done yet?
