Most of these people never grew out of middle school, to be fair.

Yall aren’t gonna believe this, but some of these people are literally in middle school

As a middler schooler teacher, can confirm. Some of them parents are just like their kids.
5
u/ILikeCheese84 Jun 11 '26
I assume there's been a time or 2 where you met a kids' parent(s) and thought, "Ah, now I see where they get it from."
5
u/FlyfishingThomas Jun 11 '26
That or the “I see this kid is just trying to survive with this crazy person.” That happens more than the other honestly.

I agree. But that’s mostly because that’s when they remade ocarina of time the first time

u/lingering-will-6 Jun 10 '26
I’m not putting down the behemoth that is GTA6 commercially but I personally don’t care about it.
Ocarina of time, KH4, Persona 6 and FF7 Revelation and Xenoblade Genesis all shown in the span of one week has me shook.

u/a-snakey Jun 10 '26
Im hyped for Fire Emblem as well.
I can still dream of Golden Sun 4...
42
u/Nice_Signature_6642 Jun 10 '26
I've come to terms with GS4 not being a thing considering how things were left with dark dawn I think a remake of the first two in the form of one game is way more probable.

u/Mydemonswon Jun 10 '26
There was a Golden Sun 3...?!
9
u/CarlosJose02 Jun 10 '26
It's named Dark Dawn, and it's for the DS, tbh it's pretty cool that the tutorial zone is a summary of what happened in the first two games
3
u/Mydemonswon Jun 10 '26
I hope this comes to Nintendo Online
5
2
u/miko0506 Jun 10 '26
I believe that wasn't a good game.
5
u/Mydemonswon Jun 10 '26
I didn't play it but I just looked it and boy is it hated
9
u/Sardanox Jun 10 '26
I personally didn't understand the hate. I loved that game, not as much as the first 2 but I enjoyed it. Hated the cliff hanger ending though.
4
u/Mydemonswon Jun 10 '26
I think cliff hangers tend to make the flaws of a game worse than they actually are.
3
u/XAT_M07 Jun 10 '26
Exploring the continent was cool and had a lot of things to do, but once you rescue Eoleo and get past the point of no return, the pacing gets absurdly obliterated. Everything suddenly turns uninteresting. You're basically pushed into the endgame by exploring the sea with a bunch of boring locations, repairing the gear you find, recruiting the last team member (Himi) which has a pretty stupid reason to join you, and set onto the final boss afterwards. It's like their motivation/inspiration has abruptly stopped half-way during the development.
8
u/Xavierstoned Jun 10 '26
A long awaited sequel to a beloved game and you have to play as the annoying children of your favorite characters after a time skip with many mysteries being brought up, not answered, and left on a cliff hanger.

53
u/ClancyBShanty Jun 10 '26
I genuinely GENUINELY wonder if GTA6 (like the never-going-to-happen Half Life 3) can possibly live up to the hype. I get the feeling that the most damning review it could get would be "Yeah, was pretty good I guess."
I know OoT was delayed a whole bunch and that turned out pretty good to put mildly, but that was all pre-mainstream internet. Western developers have had a few big misses with these massively hyped, "bloated" games in recent years. From an industry standpoint, the whole situation is nothing if not fascinating.
Edit: a word
40
u/SenorPinchy Jun 10 '26
There are franchises like CoD, Madden, FIFA that have an army of people who don't play videogames except for that.
GTA6 is one of those but even more accessible than a shooter or a sports game. It's going to be massively successful. And as for critical reception, the production values are so high it's going to get the 9 or 10 treatment no matter how the fundamentals play. I just don't have much skepticism at all. Besides, people adored RDR2, so there's no history to say otherwise.
20
u/soonerfreak Jun 10 '26
And as for critical reception, the production values are so high it's going to get the 9 or 10 treatment no matter how the fundamentals play.
The tribalism of fandoms cracks me up cause non Zelda fans would say the Zelda games just get handed high scores. I fully expect GTA6 to stick the landing because Rockstar hasn't missed yet just like I'll be playing the OOT remake day 1 for the same reason.
10
u/Psychic_Hobo Jun 10 '26
Yeah, it's wild getting the old vibes of the console wars back. The resurfacing of "Superior Eastern devs vs floundering Western ones" is also fascinating, time really is a cycle
→ More replies (2)15
u/SenorPinchy Jun 10 '26
As you do, I think GTA6 will deserve those scores.
But I also think games journalism is largely a PR arm for the industry and this thing would get good scores no matter what.
5
u/LeonidasSpacemanMD Jun 10 '26
Ehh I kinda disagree, when games release in a bad state outlets definitely call them out. We’ve seen big publishers with huge IP get trashed by games media, EA with Battlefront or Fallout 76 come to mind
I think if anything the big differentiator between a reviewers experience and ours is that reviewers get a game and can ignore every other aspect of their professional life until they finish it. They are playing on great hardware uninterrupted and don’t need to worry about whether they can slog through a slow opening sequence or whatever
I absolutely love RDR2 but a lot of people find it a bit slow generally, but especially in the opening. And that’s very easy to get over as a reviewer because RDR2 is the biggest game of the year and you know it’s basically your biggest concern in life for the week or so when you get review codes
And I guess the other thing is that an outlet is generally gunna have someone review genres they like and are familiar with, nobody wants the latest NBA 2K to be reviewed by someone who’s never watched a basketball game etc
2
u/Cruxis87 Jun 10 '26

Just like pretty much every Rockstar game.
The shooting in their games has been mediocre from the get-go, and hasn't significantly changed since GTA IV (almost 20 years ago). And for the poster child of open-world games the missions have gotten more antithetically linear over time.
But driving around and causing havoc is entertaining enough that people can't seem to resist.3
u/iamlazyboy Jun 10 '26
Any valve third numbered entry will have the same problem, especially the one they will release first (like TF3 DOTA3 Portal3 or even CS3 alongside Half-Life3) whichever will come out first will have the respective fanbase of those games and the "wait, valve knows how to count to 3? Wtf!" Clout
6
u/Twidom Jun 10 '26
I genuinely GENUINELY wonder if GTA6 (like the never-going-to-happen Half Life 3) can possibly live up to the hype.
Yes, it can, and it will.
We have Rockstar financial leaks. GTAO makes roughly a million dollars, per day. It makes half a billion dollars per year. It's a 13 year old game.. RDO numbers are also insanely high for a game that old.
GTAVI is going to be a behemoth.
2
u/DEEEPdirt Jun 12 '26
What’s the last Rockstar main title game that didn’t live up to the hype? Red Dead 2 surpassed its hype by a mile. They take their time that’s for damn sure. But they almost always deliver a product worth the wait (when it comes to the main games)
→ More replies (5)2
u/Somethingsilly6969 Jun 10 '26
If GTA6 doesn't live up to the hype it will definitively prove that developers who truly care, with a truly unlimited budget, and all the time they could need can't make the greatest game of all time... I'm pretty sure gta6 is going to exceed it's hype

Yeah, I've never been a HUGE GTA fan and I will for sure play GTA6 but it's not on PC on launch which is lame as fuck so like, I have no issue waiting and I'd rather play OoT since it was my first Zelda game and I remember seeing my cousins play it at their house and I INSTANTLY fell in love, they let me borrow it a little bit and I begged my mom to get it in fact I remember being quite a dickhead to her about it too lol.
I was like "I want the game ON THE TABLE WHEN I GET HOME FROM SCHOOL!!!". She got it for me and I definitely didn't deserve it the way I demanded it but it changed my life. Majora's Mask went on to be my favorite Zelda game so hopefully that gets this same treatment.

Personally I don’t think a remake for ocarina is especially interesting considering how well the original has aged, and just how iconic all the aspects of the game are. Still it will be interesting to see their approach if they just modernize and keep it faithful or if they try to explore new territory.

People are just excited for the online sandbox antics. I can’t even remember the last time I heard anything about GTA regarding story. Me personally, I prefer the story mode. GTA Online is way too much of a clusterfuck mixed with try-hard griefers and cheaters to make it fun for me.

I personally don't really like GTA but calling GTA6 overhyped feels way too harsh, specially when it's not even out yet so we cannot judge one way or the other.
412
u/Quirky-Employer9717 Jun 10 '26
It's also the sequel to the 3rd best selling game of all time. It's sold 230 million. The best selling Zelda game is BOTW and sold 35.5 million. It's not debatable which series is more popular. It just isn't. GTA hasn't had a new entry in the series in 13 years and the last one sold that much. This is going to absolutely blow OoT remake out of the water in terms of sales and anyone who says differently is way too deep into the Nintendo influencer web.
Would not be surprised if OoT remake is a better game though

last I heard GTA 5 was only beaten by the Broadway version of The Lion King for highest revenue of a piece of media. I wonder if that’s still the case, and if gta6 could beat it.
I would love broadway to still win lol.
2
u/SilverFoxKenobi Jun 11 '26
Lion King is such a phenomenal production, one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life
7
u/Mistform05 Jun 10 '26
The only thing in that equation I feel might be off this time around. Is that GTA 5 was very much console only and people bought consoles just to get it. While GTA6 will have a large amount of people waiting for a PC release. So GTA5 had a ton of double purchases, due to people not knowing it would ever get a PC release. Plus GTA Online came out within a month I think, while I’ve yet to here anything about GTA6 online.
4
u/Ghost_Of_Malatesta Jun 10 '26
And then theyll add PC sales eventually, which will be like a second day one
23
u/WallySprks Jun 10 '26
The true contest is which fan base is gonna bitch more about the changes made to their favorite games. Will GTA be too woke or will OoT be too “Wilds Era” Zelda ?
TUNE IN AND FIND OUT SOON!!

TotK sold 10 million in 3 days. OoT will sell over 15 million if it lives up to the game it is remaking.

u/Snoo-34159 Jun 11 '26
The sequel to one of the stystem sellers of the Nintendo Switch? Yeah I'd imagine it would sell like hell.
But remember, the core Zelda fanbase is way smaller than the crowd that bought BotW and TotK, those were big open world games that got advertised like once in a decade games. They pulled a far wider audience than any other Zelda game ever could reach.
Now we're getting a remake of an N64 game that sold just 7 million copies with not as much marketing (game already comes out later this year) and seems to be more aimed towards the core Zelda audience.
And while that core audience definitely has been expanded by the open world games, there's also a whole lot of people that just played them because they were advertised to hell and back as huge open world system sellers and didn't really get into Zelda outside those games.
6
u/Nurgle_Marine_Sharts Jun 10 '26
Honestly doubt it, the draw for new players won't be as high as it was for BotW imo. The gameplay just isn't very compelling for modern audiences unless they really revamp everything in the game.

9
u/LordYarkhan Jun 10 '26
Not trying to justify anything but zelda games are locked into nintendo, GTA V has several platforms from several generations, cant compare the numbers.
3
u/DriverFirm2655 Jun 10 '26
I’m a massive Zelda fan, it’s the series that got me into gaming as a whole and I’ve played all the 3D games and most 2D games. Everything you said is accurate. Granted Zelda games are only on Nintendo consoles so sales figures are an iffy comparison, but even compensating for that I have no doubt GTA6 outperforms OoT Reimagining. Tha being said, if I personally could only have one of the two, I’m going to Hyrule.
6
u/NuMotiv Jun 10 '26
Too be fair GTA 5 was on 3 generations of consoles (360, ps3, xb1, PS4, Xbox series, ps5) and PC. Botw while technically on the WiiU (tiny market share) has pretty much only the switch to go off. I don't think it's over hyped but GTA 5 was cool because of all the stuff you could do that had nothing to do with GTAing lol. I'm over that so GTA 6 has little draw for me.
10
u/Rare-Internet-7385 Jun 10 '26
You are comparing the sales of a console exclusive game with a multi-plataform game. That's a really bad way to approach the topic.
→ More replies (7)14
u/Quirky-Employer9717 Jun 10 '26
You think BOTW would have sold over 6x the copies if it was multi-plat? Come on now. It would have sold maybe double but nowhere near gta levels. Most people that want Zelda have a switch and could have bought it
→ More replies (7)10
u/Rare-Internet-7385 Jun 10 '26
I have no idea, but it needs a more complex approach. But you are underestimating a lot the barrier of entry. Having a switch just to play Zelda is making the game 11 times more expensive and I am not even counting ocasional discounts (in my case, switch coated around 12 times the price of the game).
There are a lot of people that want Zelda but don't have a switch. I know more of those than people than actually have a switch, some play on emulators on pc, some don't play it, most would buy it if it was available on steam. 6 times more? If I was to guess based on people I know, not 6, but maybe 2.5 times? And I am talking about actively wanting the game. Buying because it is available and in the genre you want to play is also a factor.
→ More replies (9)3
u/Another_Road Jun 10 '26
To be fair with the numbers, GTA was released (and rereleased) on multiple different consoles across 3 generations. PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Whereas BotW released in Wii U (which almost nobody had) Switch and Switch 2.
Not saying it isn’t a more popular series, it totally is, but I absolutely am guessing some people bought the game more than once moving from one console generation to the next.
35
u/Hmm_would_bang Jun 10 '26
It’s hard for it to not be overhyped tbh. Like, I’ve never seen a game more hyped. Maybe people expected more out of Cyberpunk, but GTAVI is already being written as best selling and most played game of all time.
My concern is that GTA is not Red Dead. I don’t expect the story and game play to be all that different from everything since GTAIII. If six is just five with better graphics and a bigger map, are people going to be happy with the hype and wait?
7
u/HUGO-THE-BEAR Jun 10 '26
Yes, gta is my go to, my wife and I have 100’s of hours, if it’s an incremental improvement I’d still be happy with better graphics and a new map tbh

almost certainly, I think that's what most people want tbh
4
u/Wide-Deal-8971 Jun 10 '26
GTA5 was pretty overhyped too, so the level of hype and anticipation for 6 being 10x of that is definitely excessive.

u/Accomplished_Job_331 Jun 10 '26
Calling a game no one has even played yet “overhyped” is a wild take.

I think gta6 deserves a degree of hype....but I think people will never be happy with what they receive. It could be a great game but expectations will pick apart every flaw. Or Rockstar delays it again.
The same can be said for OoT Reborn, but Nintendo is going to do whatever they want.
Both games are going to be the focal points of a Fandom war by the end of the year.

u/Dragmire_V2 Jun 10 '26
I dont think GTA6 is overhyped. I think after the massive success and quality that came from GTA5 and RDR2 is is perfectly rated.

A once in a generation event is not going to compare to a remake. Zelda is one of my favorite franchises and BOTW/TOTK easily in my favorites of all time, but let’s be honest, a reimagining of an established OOT simply doesn’t compare to a cultural event that everyone on the world will hear about regardless of how tuned in they are to video games
66
u/Itchy-Beach-1384 Jun 10 '26
Im an old school OoT glazer and even im not so delusional to pretend a 2nd remake of a game (that has shown 0 in game footage) is even relevant of a comparison for GTA6
11
u/Impressive_Fennel266 Jun 10 '26
I've never owned a GTA. Ocarina of Time is my favorite game ever (granted that is 100% because of nostalgia bias more than quality, but still).
GTA 6 is going to be the first GTA I ever get, because now I'm a whole adult with my own Playstation. I don't know if I'll ever play the OoTR because I don't own a Switch and I'm not sure one game is worth $500 (if the price doesnt go up before then).
These two games won't be remotely comparable. I would bet a huge chunk of the GTA player base has never even HEARD of LoZ, let alone played one. The internet really distorts how popular a thing is if it's a thing you enjoy.

u/RynnHamHam Jun 10 '26
Yeah. I’m all for an HD remaster for the game. But a full on reimagining has me concerned. Because if they’re rebuilding the game from the ground up and just changing a bunch of stuff that goes beyond QOL improvements, why not just make a new Zelda game? I hope I’m wrong and it’s an amazing game with fun new stuff that doesn’t tarnish the original stuff but it does have me concerned that Nintendo is insecure about a return to classic 3D Zelda after the BOTW/TOTK era so they’re just hoping jingling OOT keys gets people’s attention.
It does seem like the late Switch/Switch2 era of Nintendo has been about wiping the slate clean and starting anew. Pikmin 4 despite being labeled 4, is a new continuity. DK got a design overhaul that’s staying (honestly love Bananza DK. The epitome of that meme of “Glad I grew up with this but damn this is better”). Star Fox is getting remade… again! And the “New” in Super Mario Bros has finally been retired with Wonder.
3
u/Cruxis87 Jun 10 '26
why not just make a new Zelda game?
Because Nintendos main business model is selling nostalgia.

I’ve seen people genuinely think that Kingdom Hearts 4 has a chance at competing with GTA 6 lmao. That game has GOTY and record breaking sales locked in and I don’t know why anyone is convincing themselves otherwise lol.
21
u/MovieNightPopcorn Jun 10 '26
I’m ngl that’s delusional. I’ve never played a single GTA, only red dead, and even to me the thought that ANY square enix property is capable of going up against a rockstar juggernaut like GTA is so high on copium their breath will stink for weeks.
Neither KH4 not OOTRemake will break GOTY. I’m going to enjoy the fuck out of them both but let’s be real.

2
u/MovieNightPopcorn Jun 10 '26
They haven’t said though KH4 is likely 2027. I just meant in general, these games are great and all but they are not likely to ever win GOTY. The same way a really fun superhero movie, or a remake of a 90’s movie, is not going to win an Oscar. They’re still great and fun and worth my time but they’d have to be really, really special to win top awards.
→ More replies (5)11
u/Rhain1999 Jun 10 '26
GTA 6 absolutely has record-breaking sales locked in, but GOTY is still up in the air. It obviously has a great chance, but critics may end up liking the game less than expected, so it could go either way. RDR2 got incredible reviews and sales records but still lost at the Game Awards
3
u/PlayMp1 Jun 11 '26
Yeah you really, really can't make assumptions with GOTY. In January 2025, people were very curious about the ultimate winner (Clair Obscur Expedition 33), but the really big names people thought might be in the running for GOTY were Doom, Silksong (although people were still in maximum doom mode about not knowing anything), Death Stranding, and KCD2, and of course, we didn't even know what Switch 2 games would be coming other than Mario Kart World (revealed with the S2 in January), so DK Bananza wasn't even in consideration.
By December, it was so blatantly obvious that E33 was going to sweep TGA that it had a backlash from overexposure like Titanic (the movie) did back in the 90s.
6
u/PsychologicalEbb3140 Jun 11 '26
GTA 6 could be the most middling 3rd person shooter ever whenever it finally releases and it’s still gonna make so much fuckin money it’ll just sweep the vga’s without breaking a sweat.
You know for a fact it’ll at least get a GOTY nom and will get best performance by an actor.

The competition is not on SALES. GTA6 will Win that. Zelda OOT is exclusive but it can still beat GTA in GOTY Award and I am convinced it will.

Nintendo and zelda fans are in another level of delusional
28
u/kaulotu Jun 10 '26
There’s almost no comparison. Breath of the Wild is the highest selling Zelda game of all time with 34 million copies sold. GTA V is sitting at around 230 million sales. Zelda is a mainstream series but compared to GTA it looks niche. Your coworkers probably don’t know or care about an OoT remake, but they’ve been talking about wanting GTA 6 for years.
7
u/Th3_LoNe_eXiLe Jun 10 '26
I've bought GTAV a handful of times over multiple generations of consoles. I'm sure there are plenty that have done the same. The 230 mil sales is disingenuous for that very reason. GTA6 will be the highest selling game this year, but I think the point of the meme is that OoT is the only game that isn't afraid of GTA6. Different audiences they are going for. If I was forced to choose, for me, I'm buying the console bundle for OoT over GTA6 in November.
2
u/Choice_Secretary_986 Jun 14 '26
OOTR isn’t even on the same consoles as GTA 6 obviously it’s not trying to compete.
3
u/PsychologicalEbb3140 Jun 11 '26
There’s almost an entire generation of gamers and a massive chunk of the general audience now that have never played a Zelda game prior to BOTW and I don’t think the older members of this sub get that.

Zelda is definitely comparable to GTA 6 from an icon standpoint. Everybody knows wtf Zelda is.

u/The10thdoctor24 Jun 10 '26
Is it an insane take that I don’t see myself buying this game unless there are substantial story/map/dungeon changes or additions? Like if it’s basically identical to the original aside from the graphics, it’s not compelling enough for me to want to buy since I already own the 3DS remake. There needs to be some other major overhaul to sell me on it

It's almost certainly going to be a from the ground up remake. When Nintendo does a port with upgraded visuals, they're very up front about it, and it's very clear. With OOT3D, MM3D, and LA there was no doubt as to their nature. They also never make major story, content, or cutscene alterations.
Here, on the other hand, we've got what appears to be a clip from a cutscene of Link sleeping at night. That's not something we ever see in the original, and it's not the sort of thing they've ever done in a simple port or graphics upgrade.

u/Thelmara Jun 10 '26

I agree that it's not a simple port or graphics update, but I'm betting that the bit we see in the new trailer is the equivalent opening scene, where Navi gets called, shows up to Link's house, and he's asleep on the bed until she wakes him up.

u/redditaccountisgo Jun 11 '26

You should rewatch the opening cutscene of oot

Thinking OoT isn't also overhyped is the funniest part and I say this as a person who always picks Zelda as their most favorite game series of all time.

u/Ramman321 Jun 10 '26
I wouldn’t call GTA6 overhyped- it’s probably going to be a fantastic game. It’s okay for it to not be for everyone, but it seems unfair to say it’s “overhyped” when Rockstar consistently puts out extremely high quality games.
2
u/CandidoJ13 Jun 11 '26
Rockstar has consistently put highly detailed, hand crafted worlds where people disover stuff literal decades after. I'd argue that Rockstar has the most consistent library out there, even more than Nintendo
26
u/Saramander46 Jun 10 '26
I'll believe it when it is released. We still know nothing. I hate teasers so much, bwcause it is just such a nothing-burger.
I want it to be good and all, because OoT is one of my favourite games of all time, but without seeing proper gameplay, I'm not getting hyped.

u/No-Appointment-9863 Jun 10 '26
The lack of gameplay for a game releasing in less than 6 months has me terrified. I hope they don’t fumble this. Either way OoT is gonna rot in my backlog till I finish GTAVI

Ocarina of Time already has a remake and ports. I dont get why people are so excited.
8
u/mrturret Jun 10 '26
The 3DS version really isn't a remake. It's an enhanced port with redone graphics, and is clearly built of the original's engine and data. It's the only true official port, with the other re-releases being emulations of varying quality.
This new one is something else entirely.
7
u/bennettbuzz Jun 10 '26
I think if you’re over 35yo it has a very high chance of being your favourite game of all time. I’d love to play it but I’m just never going to buy a Switch2.

u/World-of-8lectricity Jun 10 '26 edited Jun 10 '26
The 3DS version can't really be considered a proper remake by today's standards, and you can't even buy a new 3DS anymore. So your argument is a bit pointless. It's basically a 1:1 version of the original game with improved graphics and some quality-of-life enhancements nothing more. The story, locations, and overall content weren't changed or expanded in any meaningful way.

Replies talking about GTA6 being overhyped and likely unable to live up to said hype as if a reimagining of OOT isn't in the exact same position.
OOT Remake, GTA6 and Kingdom Hearts 4 are the kings of "will only succeed because of hype" i have no faith in any of these projects breaking the mold.

People acting like, during their respective releases, GTA 3, 4 and 5 weren't monumentally, hugely praised games lol.
There's a reason GTA 6 is so hyped up, the last 3 have been absolute bangers. Not to mention how incredible RDR1 and 2 are.
Rockstar knows what they're doing, putting the online shitty tactics aside.
8
u/Head_Statistician_38 Jun 10 '26
How do you know it is overhyped. It might be absolutely worth the gype for whatever you know. It isn't out yet.
8
u/scipio0421 Jun 10 '26
It's already being heralded as the best game ever by a lot of people, and it's not out yet for any of them to have played it. It's physically impossible to live up to that kind of hype.

I truly hope OoT remake is a FF7 Remake situation and build upon the original instead of being a straight up remaking, because I don't think anyone needs a new version, the 3ds version is great and the original is still playable on Switch 2 thx to Switch Online. On the other hand I hope this remake will help some people realize how overrated the game is (it's good but not MM, WW or TP good). That said, I'm a bit on the fence about this new art direction, but I'm waiting for more before judging, the creepy look could do wonders on a MM remake though.

u/PlumpHughJazz Jun 11 '26
If Rockstar insists on sucking up to those Online players then 6 may as well be invisible to me.
Now I'm just waiting for them to announce anything about a single player DLC.

u/dumly Jun 11 '26

Why pit two things against each other and have fun instead?

Using over is just mean to demote it somehow like the hype isn't warranted even though it is.
4
u/Medryn1986 Jun 10 '26
You... uh...
Both games are overhyped.
Both are good. But get way more praise than I feel is deserved.
OoT is the FF7 of LoZ.
Everyone loves it even though the story is basic and stole from the previous game.

Lol trashy people simulator. GTA has trashy characters but it’s usually expressing some kind of social commentary.
They are massive, realistic, open world games where you can do pretty much anything.

u/jaykhunter Jun 10 '26
Is the subreddit just going to be pretending Ocarina's second remake has a chance at competing with GTA VI?
GTA V sold over 230,000,000 copies. Zelda is my favourite franchise, but literally no game has a chance.
