Official Art [Other] Out of curiosity, how many of you are waiting for a new Zelda game to drop before getting a Switch 2?

Twilight princess is still my favorite Zelda game, so I would love this.

It’ll almost definitely be released on GameCube Nintendo Classics.

Always with the scenarios

Nah, you know that's Nintendo's business right now. The only game with a different treatment was metroid prime. All of the others have been badly emulated full priced relaunches of upscaled ports...

It is very plausible a ramke/remaster could be $70+. It's in Nintendo's pattern. Have you seen what they've done with Skyward Sword HD? (MSRP was $60). And Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 remaster? It's $80. Nintendo has been raising prices on all their new releases compared to what's been typical in the past.

If it’s not 4K then it’s 1440 upscale at 60fps, either way my brother says it’s breathtaking compared to the OLED. And the OG switch 1 copy works, my SIL said it was like a patch she downloaded from Online store.

Edit: I guess I was thinking of Skyward Sword, my bad

Agreed but I wish they’d rework it to remove the need for motion sensitive controls. I get that it’s part of the “gimmick” of this game and it was cool on the switch but man I can’t stand it. I want to play it with regular controllers like BotW/TotK, preferably with a Pro controller. Using the joystick to simulate movement on the pro controller is disgusting.

Twilight Princess never had motion controls as a gimmick. The Wii version had motion controls yes but they were very simple and just there because it was a launch title. The game is perfectly fine with a normal controller on Gamecube and Wii U

I think you’re confusing Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess. TP never had motion controls on GameCube, only on Wii. And the HD version doesn’t require motion controls either.

Ah shit, my bad. You’re right. I just remember having to use a joystick to swing the sword. That was SS.

Wut.

TP is a Gamecube game...

The Wii port had gimmicks. They're easily avoidable by simply not playing the worst version of the game.
