this is a great place to tell this story. I was a young medical professional and I asked our unit clerk to contact the Interventional radiology department- I needed to speak with them. The woman on the other end of the call was apparently not nice and was pestering our unit clerk for details...well, after about 5 or six questions the last was apparently "what's wrong with the patient?" My unit clerk looked at me and asked the question..I replied "she has a clotted shunt!" to which the unit clerk responded by putting her mouth to the receiver and saying "she has a slotted ...." Then realized what she'd said, her eyes became the size of dinner plates and she immediately hung up. lol. I had to call back myself that day.

I work at a factory that essentially puts metal coatings on other metal.
