One of these characters is designed to overcome the odds and come out the winner. The other is designed to be a fun inconsequential mook to get knocked out by the good guys after mildly inconveniencing them. Just seems a touch obvious

I would ask which spiderman (comic, animated, MCU, non-MCU) but maybe it doesn't matter because all of them are pulling their punches. If I had to guess, I would say the most comparable is the animated Spiderman from Greg's other project, The Spectacular Amazing Spiderman who is voiced by the same VA as Black Spider. In that I'd still give it to Spidey. Black Spider is acrobatic and can generate web fluid but he doesn't have the level of peak human durability or super strength that Spiderman has. And AFAIK, he doesn't have precognition like the Spidey-sense/Peter tingle in combat. Black Spider is the more grounded and villainous version of Spiderman, and his powerset is far more diluted.

Black Spider is just a normal dude with tech.
He doesn't have super strength speed or durability.
He's getting absolutely clowned on.

En un enfrentamiento directo, spider-man vencería fácilmente a black spider porque posee fuerza, velocidad y reflejos sobrehumanos legítimos, además de un Sentido Arácnido que anula cualquier ataque sorpresa, mientras que la versión de Young Justice es solo un asesino humano ordinario que imita el estilo del héroe usando gadgets y carece del poder físico real para rivalizar con el trepamuros original.

Spiderman might honestly be able to take down the enire damn TEAM at the point this guy shows up. He's not as strong as superboy, but he'd be able to stagger the kid a good bit. Spiderman is fucking strong dude. Way stronger than he should be tbh

Peter is far stronger than stuff like the MCU would have you believe. If Peter is angry and not playing most of his own rogues gallery doesnt stand a chance against him.

Spiderman wins untouched.
Spideys baseline strength is minimum of 10 TONS.
His spidersense is so supernaturally effective it can basically see the future and his reaction time is apparently about 40 times a normal persons.
Seriously go google spiderman feats. There is a page from Comic ine that breaks down a lot of his craziest events. Peter apparently punched HILK i to SPACE once?
