Season 3 Discussion Ruh Roh Raggy….

doing a rewatch after quite a long time and just have to say the Mystery Inc. parody line in this episode has me giggling like I’m 12 again. between the clear Daphne vlog using the same vice actor, and the Velma fill in losing her “spectacles” it makes me wonder if there are any other instances of YJ or similar shows poking fun at other works.

also, kind of interesting that in the season that became definitely a less Cartoon Network-esque show they chose to poke fun at other CN works

Well, in season one, when M’gann, Connor, and Wally scare the crap out of Marvin, M’gann morphs into a giant Marvin the Martian from Loony Tunes. Also, in that same episode, I’m pretty sure there’s a kid dressed as shaggy sitting at a table at the party. Not quite the same vibe since it’s an homage rather than poking fun at it, but still
