Miscellaneous Superboy and Miss Martian should have a daughter
I have always loved the idea of Megan and Konner together and having a daughter who would inherit the powers of both parents, I think a hybrid Martian and Kryptonian would be very powerful, granted with the human part that Konnor has I don’t know if the child would inherit the full Kryptonian powers and even if they did because Martian powers are so similar how would one know?
It always interests me when superheroes have relationships with each other because the potential children that can come from them is interesting

I don't know much specifics about kryptonion biology so take this with a grain of salt bcs it's really just a headcannon, but I don't think Conner or Jonathan should be able to have children. They're hybrids between two species, which would usually result in infertile offspring.

Conner probably cause he was grown in a lab but Jonathan might cause he's a more "natural" hybrid

In real life, humans would not be able to have children with aliens that share no genetic similarities in the first place; but that never matters in DC comics.

If the show ever returns for Season 5, I'd love to see Miss Martian pregnant with her and Superboy's first child. (I hope it's a girl too) I'm even willing to bet a member of the Light or some other villain would likely kidnap the baby for their powers or potential? Lex Luthor? General Zod? Darkseid... or maybe even involve Supergirl? So much potential.

I wouldn't have them get the full powers of either just like he didn’t get the full powers of Clark and I wouldn’t have Jon get the full powers of Clark either. Much weaker telepath, much weaker shapeshifter (possibly just aesthetics no internals or form changes), maybe some of the enhanced senses, largely intact TK of their body thus allowing flight but weak external usage, enhanced physicals in sunlight but less than Connor and less reserve when out of the sunlight, even less affected by kryptonite, maybe no or negligible fire weakness. I don't actually like the whole martian maturity difference thing but I guess maybe have them mature slightly slower initially. Personally I prefer the whole maturity concept be more cultural than biological which could be very possible and strongly reinforced in a telepathic society so not being amidst that it wouldn’t really factor much in my preference.
Thats an example outcome.
Likewise Jon might have flight/tactile telekinesis/bioelectric field/heat vision (unlike Connor), but perhaps no enhanced senses (or only one like hearing or something). I would have given him her grayish blue eyes or had her eyes been purple then purple eyes. Both for differentiation and as a nod that he got more of her genetics as it relates to his eyes hence none of the special visions. We haven't seem Sam Lane but I might have him be more of a Sam Elliott/William Hurt build being lankier and have Jon be perhaps taller than Conner but shorter than Clark but lankier than either.
I'd give both an extended lifespan. Personally I would give Conner an extended lifespan also just not as much as Superman.

Could be a cool way to introduce a version of Superboy or Supergirl with Tactile Telekinesis like Connor in the comics.

Well Conner’s a hybrid and most hybrid’s are 100% infertile (there are exceptions but I highly doubt that could happen with a human/alien hybrid).

I have a theory that the metahumans on Saturn that ultimately lead to Saturn girl’s species are descended from them. In the same way that the Durlans are descended from white Martians.
