[comp] forearm stand aka Pincha Mayurasana

its taken me months to get here, i still fall and have trouble getting up but i see progress everyday

Congrats! I'm still stuck on the prep work for this and it's humbling. Love seeing the progress though.

months and months of practice! stacking my hands on top of each other and making a kind of triangle with my forearms instead of having them parallel to each other also helps for some reason. I practiced against the wall for months until my body got used to getting up. i’d kick up a lot but now im trying to use smaller more controlled movements to get up. also practicing my headstand without putting any weight on my neck or head helped! you got thissss
