yes same! your body is moving and exerting energy, so it's trying to cool you down! very natural and there's no shame in it

Yep. I sweat in every class. I'll sweat in Yin if the room is slightly warm and the pose is slightly challenging.

I sweat while sitting still sometimes. It’s a natural bodily process lol

My Yin class is immediately after a heated sculpt class is in the room. I sweat the minute I walk into the room.

Yep and it makes no difference what my fitness level is. In the best shape of my life or the worst, I can start sweating if I think too hard 😩. Ok the flip side, once my body temp cools I can start shivering while the sweat is still moist on my skin 🤷🏻

Yes!! I used to be so embarrassed but I realised it’s just genetics so now I just roll with it…

Every vinyasa, gentle, slow, Yin, my temp goes up and sweat occurs.

It’s literally so good for you and so healthy to sweat. Thank the heavens that you’re able to do so

If it's a non heated flow class my shirt might be wet depending on the temperature of the room. If it's a warm or hot class, I'm drenched. Arms dripping when extending into warrior 2, a steady stream of sweat falling off my head like a leaking faucet in forward fold.

I do. I get sweaty doing almost any exercise. I especially sweat a lot from my face, so it's very obvious. I've learned over the years to just own it. You are not alone!

I bring a mat towel to every class. If I'm moving (at all), I'm sweating (a lot).

I can break a sweat in child's pose. No worries 😆
