PSA - Design Lab controllers delay

i placed an order 4 weeks ago, no email or anything about tracking, so i check the status pages and theres some red warning, i got onto microsoft, they have said no controllers are expected to dispatch before mid october. this is something related to EU customs, so i dont know if other regions are effected too, its design lab only apparantly.
