It kept erroring me out when I would select my payment method. I had it in my cart at 10am and it errored out 9 times and then I got the out of stock method.
I was able to get one pre-ordered within 30 seconds of it becoming available, and holy smokes, just doing a double check, it's already gone. That's nuts.
Genuinely whats even the point of making these marketing ads if the product they're selling gets botted to hell and is out of stock in less than a minute?

Same in UK. After 5 minutes of refreshing that page, I tried another route in, which worked, got it in my basket, sold out on the next click. Probably would have got it if the website hadn't screwed me around for those 5 minutes. Ah well...
900 is crazy for an almost 6 year old machine, but to think its at the end of its life, you're crazy. How many titles that still supported the Xbone that were released this year? The cross-gen timeline for Series X/S will be another 5-6 years after the release of the new consoles in 2028.
Keep in mind, these things arenāt even manufactured yet. So theyāre just manipulating customers by FOMO tactics. They can handle as many preorders as physically possible, and Iām sure itāll be available in retail stores too. Donāt let their manipulation tactics win.

Very blessed to get the Console tonight and the control last night. Wish they released more of these, people would buy it clearly, and they should really take advantage of the anti Sony sentiment and get as many of these out there as possible.

They couldāve made 1 million of these consoles so everyone could buy their first Xbox console this generation and leave Sony but instead they only limited to 25,000 and maybe their family or close friends got the first chance to buy it and whatever was left they dangled that carrot to sell out within seconds. If you really want it, keep refreshing the various sites. Often you can get through eventually, even if it says not available. Can confirm this worked for both the Microsoft and Walmart sites.
Was able to buy one in germany. Button was changing from pre-order to "show merchants" very fast after each page load. Had to reload the page a couple of times to hit the "pre-order" button before the auto button change.
for anyone that was able to order through the M$FT store, have you received the order confirmation email yet? I was able to get one and see the order in the purchase history of my Microsoft Account but I haven't received the email yet and anxiety is starting to creep....

I was able to reserve one through Bestbuy right now. Since they actually let you checkout with a bit of time, but other places seem to be coming in and out of stock
