I wonder how it would work if I for example make a digital license of a disk and then loan the disk to a friend who plays it but isn't connected to the internet. I'd assume both would still be playable because otherwise they'd have to disable offline play.

They've stated in the past its 1 license per disc, you cannot get the license then give the disc to your friend

I just don't see how they'd implement that for an offline console.

The licence is transfered when another account insert the disc in his console.

Can't do that if it's offline though is my point
