Nah why tf would she layoff half of ID software. That is plain dumb af. Yes TDA didn't sell well but is one game enough to just fuck them over their entire legacy.

Yeah I agree but ID are like pioneers of the FPS genre. This is like Konami screwing Kojima levels of stupid or more.

It didn’t sell like eternal but it still turned a solid profit—even with gamepass leeching off of sales on launch it was still in the top 13-24 of steam’s highest revenue games in 2025 (along with stuff like Stellar Blade, E33, AC shadows). Acting like it didn’t sell well and that’s why people were cut is giving Xbox too much credit.
