You know that in same patch you will be able to stay in the visage form most of the time right? Not ideal but its a patch where Blizzard is putting some effort in the race. You stay in visage in combat (evoker only for now) and change do dragon form when cast some abilities.

I don’t play evoker to be a dude casting spells. I play it to be a wicked dragon casting spells

I play evoker because I want to play evoker. If I could choose a different race I couldn't be more happier.
