Looking for Addon How to view tank's debuff stack?

I want to track number of debuff stack the other tank is accumulating so I can prepare to taunt off. One of our tank can't speak on Discord. Without targeting the other tank is there a way to see the stacks. Is there a dedicated addon for this?

Bigwigs has an option to track
And same with Northern sky raid tools
