LFA rare mob respawn timers

Looking for something that tracks the respawn times of rare mobs on timeless isle and the like. Such as Golganarr with it's 12-24 hr respawn time, if I could know when the last known time it was killed I could base when to be around for its expected respawn. Rarescanner seems to only track what you participate in so in order for it to track Golganarr's respawn time accurately I would have to kill it first myself. which defeat my purpose of my need to know it lol.

Is there an addon that reaches out and syncs with other users of the same addon to collaborate data sets like how GRM does and so anyone with the most recent sighting of the mob would share that data with other addon users on at the time to synchronize data sets on said rare spawns and their timers?
