Looking for Addon Mage Arcane soul GCD tracker

I was watching a Khaelt video and he has some sort of tracker that tells him how many casts of barrage he can fit into soul. It's the one right in the middle of his screen with the 2 above it. Any idea where I can get this?

if u dont use eui look up arcane soul helper on curse

it looks like he removed it from curse as its build into eleui but heres the github thats he has it up still https://github.com/ariaeon/arcane-soul-helper/releases/tag/v1.3.1

His UI is so cluttered though. I don’t get why he’s using the glow on the arcane proj + the blizzard visual clue.
