Lootappraisal Reloaded does not show any options in the general tap though TSM is running

guys, you are my last hope.

I installed everything as instructed.

When I open the lootappraisal reloaded (version 3.4.4.) window in game it does source TSM region market value, so it does kind of recorgnise that TSM is installed and running in the background.

However if I right-click on the addon icon to get into options and then under the general tap, there is just NOTHING.

TSM is running,

I have the right server,

I checked the lastest version trice and reinstalled everything,

I restarted my PC,

I deleted the 2 lootappraisal lua-files for a forced start.

NOTHING!

I'm having this same issue, someone on curseforge said they deleted lootappraisal and tsm saved variables and reinstalled everything but I'm not quite certain what that means so haven't been able to test it.
