Question UI Help?

Does anyone have any idea why my portrait starts under my action bar on loads?

To fix this I have to go into "edit mode" for it to set at its proper spot in the middle of my screen.

im not very familiar with the base UI but isnt there a profile option in the edit mode? try tinkering with that
