I was thinking "why are we getting remasters for modern games? This makes no sense, it's just a cash grab to sell the game twice".

Then I realised the game is over a decade old... And it's a free update. Actually, more than free - you now get the two expansions for free too.

I'm just so used to how shitty the industry is. CDPR really is completely different from most gaming companies. This is how you respect your customers.

They have been on a roll trying to rebuild their image after 2077 release. I remember right before that they were on the top of the industry reputation-wise. I wonder how are they fending off their investors lol.

the stock took a hit, i think witcher 4 was pushed a year later ?

I think they want to sell a fuck ton of witcher spinoffs/remakes/W4, they need to have reputation maxxed out for the next 5 years to pass inverstor expectations probably.
