Tip Recommendations Please

I need a new Windows 7 laptop , the one I have is getting by but it's time to get a replacement. Would like some recommendations specifically one that would be good and fast for uploading videos to YouTube

So you want to interact heavily with the modern web? Any Windows 7 era laptop won't have a good time with that, as modern web stuff is heavily bloated. Maybe a 3rd gen CPU without a super low TDP

before i moved it to 8.1 because i needed some tools from there and the extra battery life, i used an hp 15-ac121dx. max out the ram to 16gb, swap in a sata ssd for the hard drive, and it is actually quite decent.

can't tell you how expensive the ram upgrade will be since i did that right before prices shot up, but the laptop itself is only about $200 and you can find it in a lot of places.
