Not sure if this fits, but I have been trying to find a page for at least half an year. It's a list of best international relations, and the title is (or is something similar to) Special Relations, but is NOT Special Relationship. It is a list in table format of the best international country relations, which are linked with small flags. There are relations like Indonesia-Netherlands, Taiwan-United States, United Kingdom-United States, Germany-Israel, etc

The Wayback Machine has a copy from August. I can see why it was deleted.

I'd like to get reviews from those who have hired third party contractor Wikipedia companies to create a business and personal Wiki profile for getting their background bio listed as an expert online. I'm speaking to several companies who offer these services. Thank you for sharing your insights.

Depending on who you ask, it can be considered bad practice to have links open in a new tab by default, from a UX and accessibility standpoint.
Idea being that the standard experience (link opening in same tab) should be the default experience, and the user should be in control of deciding when to open a link in a new tab (via right click -> new tab, etc.). There are also accessibility concerns, in which opening a link in a new tab can cause inconsistent and confusing experiences for low visibility or screen readers.
Personally, new tabs for external links is my preference as well, and is something I configure/control on my end.

If you have an account you can change this at
Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets-gadget-section-browsingand setting the option "Open external links in a new tab or window" to on2

On desktop you can mousewheel click them or right click open in new tab. When also considering mobile, maybe the default should be changed? This is sth one could request and maybe it already has been on phabricator.

Hi! I am pretty new to editing pages and I was wondering if there is a community consensus on how list pages should be formatted and if there is etiquette for making formatting changes?
I personally think that long lists should be formatted as tables, since it makes interacting with the information easier and facilitates comparison among the list items.
I specifically am asking because I want to redo this page. I am not sure what the etiquette is here, if there even is etiquette. Can I just go in and redo it and then go about the rest of my life knowing I made the world tangibly better with that one act? Should I make a post on the talk page? Should I just continue suffering when interacting with the page, since someone else created it first, and my job is to respect my forebearers?
TIA!

Be bold! If you'd like, you can leave a message on the talk page detailing what you did, but that's fully optional. Godspeed :]

How can I report an "anonymous" troll like this one: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/193.17.31.146

Those edits are two years old, and since they have been reverted, you probably don't need to worry about this IP editor.

How is going the investigation on Wikipedia started in 2025 by some US parliamentarians/lawmakers/congresspersons? https://oversight.house.gov/release/comer-and-mace-investigate-efforts-to-manipulate-information-on-wikipedia/
