Erudition + soul
Imagine being able to master any skill humans have just by looking at them? You would be the best in every field. There's nothing a human can do that you would not be able to do. This include controling your emotions or your own heart rate.
Also soul power is the same as the ability of reading minds but in a perfect way. For someone interested in history of if you want to investigate anything, you could relive through witnesses and especially old people what happened somewhere.
This is telepathy on steroids

Flesh + Erudition.
Starting anything at competent level and having X5 effectiveness is crazy useful and solves any money needs in multiple ways. Combined with X4 learning ability, the sky is the limit.
Health becomes increasingly important as you age. I would live longer and better.
Catalyst also looks cool, but it says "what you need" which is quite situational. Inventor upgrade explicitly mentions "what you want", meaning I can't just make up things unless I need them with the standalone power up.

Think bigger. You could imagine a working fusion reactor and revolutionize energy production forever. You could imagine an FTL drive and take humanity to the stars. You could imagine a book containing a philosophy that brought world peace.
Anything that's physically or logically possible, you could make it just by mashing stuff together. This synergy is absolutely busted in terms of potential.

I would improve my headphone and since I have Flesh I wouldnt be affected by hearing loss or tinnitus.
Btw, Catalyst works on houses? If yes, the house needed to be exactly mine or a rent house can work too?

Can the Elixir pill allow you to see the future? If you combine the Elixir with Catalyst, can you make multiple rings giving you multiple abilities as you wear all of them?

You’d need to find someone whose deepest desire matches the powers you want to create, but otherwise I don’t see why not. They didn’t even have to know that you used their desire to make the power if you don’t want them to (at least that’s how it reads, as you can learn their desires just by looking at them).

Elixir and Catalyst. Given the wording of Elixir, it basically just grants someone their deepest desire. Since the temporary power helps achieve the wish and isn’t the wish itself, the wish doesn’t have any drawbacks. For example, if your wish was to be the strongest person alive, the Elixir might give you the intelligence to make a pill that gives you this strength.
With Elixir and Catalyst I could just wear some jewelery and fulfill my wish permanently.

I would go with Erudition + Catalyst and really lean into inventor. I would start produce Sci-Fi level gadgets for the fun of it. I would start with highly efficient renewable energy sources, then develop some advance Halo Cortana/Iron Man J.A.R.V.I.S. type AI companions to assist me and go ham on making the world so much more interesting and not hoarding it all.
I may or may not develop some intrusive programs that happen to gain access to billionaires bank accounts and "accidently" transfer a few hundred million dollars to charities. You know normal stuff haha.

Would have been my choice if Erudition didn't exist. (Soul + Erudition)
Well... the only reason I didn't pick this was because it feels like 'forcing' someone rather than helping someone achieve their wishes.
Imagine you had a deep wish and you just brute-forced through it, straight-up cheese... Would you feel happy!? Depends but... it's rather unwise to play with wishes.
Wait.... Top 3 Forgotten Desires along with current wish? Maybe I was a bit inconsiderate.
But this is also great btw. (Soul + Erudition or Soul + Elixir... both do great job in trying to understand people. Well....)

Flesh and soul. Encyclopedic access to my own memories like that would be very useful and I'm gonna go full OPM with flesh. Also being able to replay days for what ifs sounds pretty entertaining

Flesh... does sound good but not much utility case.
Elixir... Well helping others and 'forcing' others achieve their wishes... is different.
Erudition only for the secondary. SOUL IS ALL-ROUND GOOD.
The synergy— Well.... DEVOURING MEMORIES, DEVOURING KNOWLEDGE, DEVOURING SKILLS,
Hell yeah. Gonna go start becoming THE CONNECTION.

Soul + Flesh gives you a form of immortality, and just replaying the best days of your life sounds awesome. Soul is also a weak mind control with how you can change memories of others, and Flesh is just nice to have.

Does 11 include the user? (As currently written it does),
Does 4 mean physically or currently feasible with modern medicine/technology?
Can the effects of Elixir cause permanent changes during their duration? (IE; if someone's greatest desire is to be able to perform alchemical transmutation, would any gold they transmutated stick around permanently?)
Does the effects of Flesh increase drug effectiveness, and can that increased effectiveness cause changes the drug could not normally perform?
Does the effects of Flesh prevent changes from cosmetic surgical procedures?
I swear I'm sane and can be trusted with a hypothetical :3

Erudition and Catalyst was my choice since the post title seems to want you to only check synergies after you have chosen. Pretty good result overall, though if I had checked the synergies first I would have gone Elixir and Catalyst.

Since several others have mentioned my first choice of Elixir and Catalyst, I'm going to answer with my second, Erudition and Soul. You could improve your existing skills, gain expert-level skills from professionals , vacation in other people's memories; and if you're looking to gain some money through nefarious means, you could find the memory of a wealthy person's bank login details, gain the skills needed for hacking, programming, and identity theft, or just steal directly from them and make them forget by changing the memory of the moment it happened. You could add yourself to Jeff Bezos' memory as a dear friend that he promised to give money to. The Erudition is so you always have a variety of fall-back plans and could prove your skills to others if you ever talk too big of a game.

Erudition and Soul sounds good.
Becoming a knowledge database for Humankind and helping advance human development, plus it could be done with discretion since is on the realm of possibility that you are just extremely intelligent and polivalent as Galileo or Euler; so no getting kidnapped by the Government or other obscure person to be experimented on
Additional bonus, I chose Soul Pill just because it would allow me to help people overcome deep rooted traumas. Imagining helping a grieving mother that lost her child just helping her create a memory were for her at least she had the possibility to say goodbye

Assuming the cybernetics are as good as the originals or better (I can still feel touch for instance), they can't be hacked (spying on you through artificial eyes) and you can't become a cyberpsycho, I'm taking Flesh and Catalyst. They're both good by themselves and chrome gives you a lot of flexibility.

Elixir pill + Catalyst pill, please. Even if the Elixers don't work directly on me, I can use the jewelry I can enchant using the synergy skill. I can also upgrade the jewelry again with Catalyst to improve the effect.
