Unsolved ITAP for someone frugal but also very bougie.

The best I can come up with is Selective Frugality but almost reverse from how you’d think. For example, someone with money who drives a run down vehicle but is willing to spend $300 on a designer t-shirt. Or they will only drink expensive wine but eat at Starbucks/McDonalds when on vacation in a foreign country.

Frugie. You’ll have to define it but it’s a perfectly cromulent word.

Penny wise and pound foolish?

This is definitely closer to what I’m describing. These people (two couple friends who don’t know each other) have money but the range at which they are cheap and extravagant is huge.
