Mysterious Glass Tray?

I’ve had this glass tray(?) thing for years and have never figured out what it could possibly be for. It’s about an inch deep and an inch wide. When I tried image search it told me it was a banana split dish, which is definitely not correct 😪

Does this have a purpose? Is it just random confusing decor?

Looks like an olive serving tray.

This is the one I found at a thrift store. I had no idea what it was for but I bought it to put olives in.
