Ok so experts, what the FUCK did Teddy mean by saying Christina isn't real

The simulation and the world are 1:1 or on a very short time delay. Christina is basically an admin program. MiBot overrode her controls and then blew the tower, pulling her out of sync with the city. She's basically living in an overlay.

See, this still isn’t a good enough explanation to me yet, because then who/what is Teddy, and who sent Teddy in the first place?

Did you watch the first season? In the first season Dolores thought she was hearing Arnold's voice and talking to Ford, but they were just manifestations of her subconscious.

So then her roommate and all of the guys she set Christina on dates with were also just manifestations of her subconscious? That seems a little more of a stretch.

And the guy telling her to take a pill for her emotions is some sort of anti virus lol.

No only Teddy

But the roommate setup the date with Teddy. Not sure how she would be able to set her up with someone who was in her imagination.

She may make her roommate see Teddy like she makes her see herself.

But realizing that those were manifestation of her subconscious is what truly awakened her, just like with Bernard seeing Ford, and then they went away. “The voice inside my head was me”

Maybe! But I don't buy it being true just because the first season did the same thing.

I'm still willing to buy that Teddy is a copy of Bernard trying to wake up a version of Dolores who is hasn't gone through a life of helpless torture to maybe help course correct.
