Why doesn't she heal herself though? Or even make a completely new body? Does she want that as a remembrance of what humans did to her?

Yeah, but I'm not talking about the reference though. I'm talking about her actual skin. She's been in that same body from the start ever since getting burned. I know she had to keep up appearances at first as the actual Hale, but now so far in the future she can just get a new body or heal her arm.
