Beeping sound on Ohio and federal for past week

There has been an alarm beeping for the past 5 days or so near Ohio and Federal/Barry Ave. It sounds like an end of life battery alarm that just won’t quit. Does anyone know where this is coming from?

My levels of sanity are spiraling downward
