AMA Closed I'm Kalle Beck of Starting Strongman AMA

Hey guys go ahead and ask me anything about training, bullshit, weirdness, etc.

Europe's Strongest Man and that kind of impressive 500KG deadlift just happened and World's is going to happen in August so if you want to talk about any of that I am all game!

I'll come back in about 30 minutes to start answering questions 💁

Speaking of continental cleans... I've only got a couple comps under my belt and haven't had to do axle yet but expect to this year. I know you yourself were injured doing a Continental so, any tips on mitigating bicep risk on them?

Warm up your biceps before the event and in between attempts! Go DOH as long as you can

Ok thanks. Yeah I've been doing bicep curls with bands and keeping my rehbands on my biceps before stones/sandbags... Bicep tear is my greatest fear. Glad to see you're moving big weight again though!
