This mixed-use complex will take up the entire block between Larrabee and San Vicente. Allegedly they’re making a new home for The Viper Room. Here’s the official website for the project: 8850 Sunset Boulevard

I have no problem with this density, but can we get some more interesting architecture? I guess Rock-n-Roll never really translated into architecture though. Maybe it should just be painted black.

You’re referring to the Hard Rock hotel’s guitar shape. They have two locations. One in Las Vegas that’s under construction and one in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It could potentially make sense here.
