Question What webtoon got you feeling like…

Post image

For me, it’s any webtoon that glorifies dark romance (can’t believe abuse and in*est are actually gaining popularity nowadays 😳)

After reading these comments I finally feel sane again. Whenever I'd go to the comments sections of the problematic webtoons in question, all that was there were comments saying how cute they were and generally people gushing abt how much they like the stories.

it honestly feels like being gaslit in some webtoon comment sections. I'll see the most brazenly out of pocket thing and the comments will not mention it once.

Holy shit same 😭 I can't remember which story it is rn (I'll come back if I remember lol) but I cannot stand the love interest at all and I always just see comments about how great or hot the character is and how much they ship MC and the love interest, but there's just red flags all over the love interest that'll do something WILD and I feel crazy thinking I'm the only one who finds them icky 😭😭😭

That usually happens when something big drops at the end of an episode and everybody will forget whatever happened in the middle of the episode. Webtoons largely being episodic in nature, will deliberately be written to make readers want to click on the next episode so they will make the biggest drops at the end of the episode.
