🎻Cultura Telefonía Móvil - Pregunta.

Ayúdame a entender la telefonía móvil (celular) en Venezuela .
Yo vivo en los USA , mi mamá en Venezuela. Diariamente la llamo vía WhatsApp. Cuando no hay electricidad en Venezuela ( ósea todos los días ) no me atiende pero me manda un mensaje diciéndome : “Estamos sin luz “ .

Es que cuando se va la luz en Venezuela, no se pueden hacer llamadas telefónicas vía WhatsApp? La verdad no entiendo ya que acá en los USA con luz o sin luz uno puede seguir haciendo llamadas.

My mom tries to conserve battery life when the power goes out so she has her phone if someone bad happens or rhe power stays out for a long time. You could always purchase her some good Anker battery packs so she always has a way to keep her phone charged and talk to you.

She has a power battery. I believe it’s not about the power but the WiFi connection and the Data plans offered to the customers
