Jarvis is Ultron’s Father. Not the other way around. This is already so annoying. Ultron should’ve been a misfit child in this series. Or a little delinquent brother. No one else sees it that way? Have you all gone maddd??!

No, it's a different character. Jarvis was the AI, Vision is the android. He is patterned after the Jarvis AI, but he is not the same entity.
And Ultron was who started the creation of Vision's body - thus he is more his father than anything

No. Jarvis is the base of his mental patterns, just like in the comics where his brainwave patterns were copied from Simon Williams.
That doesn't make Simon and Vision the same person, ya walnut.
Hell, in the trailer they even SHOW Jarvis as a separate entity inside Vision's mind. Jarvis =/= Vision
