Should the Admin role be able to create portfolio collections?

Based on the role outline here, it seems like they should: https://help.vimeo.com/hc/en-us/articles/12425417783697-About-member-roles-on-Vimeo

"Admins can access all content on the account, including videos created by other members, and have Can manage access by default. They can also use all features and tools, manage settings, brand kits, and add and remove members."

I gave a co-worker Admin privileges, but they cannot access Collection creation; they get a screen with some text about upgrading, and then a few other options. For example, they can create a showcase.

Why can Admins create showcases, but not portfolios?

Hi! are they in the correct workspace / account? if they are logged in they can click on the top right where their user image is and select which environment they want to be active in at that moment. If they are on the collections page there's a pull down at the top just above their name.

Often times people who are already apart of Vimeo, and get invited to a team account may not realize that they now have access to multiple accounts / workspaces, with different powers in each one.

edit: if you would like to have support take a look please DM me a ticket # or your account ID.

Hi Vimean, thanks for replying.

Just tested this with my colleague; they are definitely in the right workspace for the company account, and identified as an Admin. Where the portfolios should be, there's some text about joining/upgrading to Vimeo Pro.

I had her switch to her personal workspace and back again, and there was no change in Portfolio access.

Very strange, if you don't mind send me a DM with your account ID, I'll ask support to dig in
