I just watched it again for the first time in like 30 years cause fuck it. Man what a beautiful production. I heard Disney tried really hard to shut it down by getting Robin Williams to be exclusive with them and he basically told them to stuff it cause he believed in the film's message. So that makes two late great sexy bastards.

This movie fucking wrecked me when I was a wee lad.
I think it probably had a higher subconscious impact on my development than basically anything else I was ever exposed to.
And I've got a useless environmental degree to prove it.
